This Terms of Service ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions under which you may use the etan bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not use the Bot.
You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service.
These terms do not apply if you are using your own instance of the bot, such as a self-hosted version.
etan bot is a Discord bot that provides various commands and features to enhance your Discord experience. The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
If you choose to use the Bot's optional feature of linking your KOKO Amusement card, you will be required to provide your KOKO Amusement Card Token.
By providing this token, you authorize the Bot to access your KOKO Amusement card information for the purpose of providing the linked features. We are not responsible for any misuse of your card information. You may delete this information at any time.
As a user of the Bot, you agree to:
• Use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Bot or servers or networks connected to the Bot.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Bot.
Should you use the KOKO Amusement Card linking feature, you acknowledge that you are providing your card token to a third party (the Bot) and that this may carry risks. You should only use this feature if you understand and accept these risks. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from using this feature.
You acknowledge and accept that:
• The Bot is not affiliated with KOKO Amusement or any other third party.
• Providing your card token to the Bot may violate the terms of service of KOKO Amusement or other third parties, and may result in consequences such as account suspension or termination by those third parties.
• The developer has no liability for any consequences that may arise from providing your card token to the Bot, including but not limited to account suspension or termination by third parties.
You use this feature entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from using this feature.
etan bot's Profile Picture and banner are owned by Kairiki Bear, we do not own these assets, and we do not claim ownership of them. Furthermore, the NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD Task Manager image is owned by WSS Playground. The bot's original code are property of the developer, subject to any open-source licenses that are attached under the official repository.
THE BOT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
• THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE BOT WILL BE CORRECTED.
• THE BOT WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE CHANGES TO KOKO AMUSEMENT OR THE DISCORD API.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer and any affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Bot, including but not limited to any use of the Bot's features that violates the terms of service of any third party.
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or if you choose to not comply - in this case, please do not use the officially hosted version of etan bot.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Bot after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Bot.
